Nebraska Truck Hoard Auction - PART 2! - Day 1

PLEASE READ! BIDDER/BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS BELOW! (If you are unable to abide by auction terms please do not bid.) If you have questions on items, please call before making a bid!

Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. Please make sure that all contact information is accurate and up to date at the time of registration. Bidders must be of majority age in the state of Nebraska (age 19) at the time of registration with NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not register and/or bid if you do not meet all requirements. By participating in the Auction, Bidders agree to all terms and conditions of the sale.

TERMS:

PAYMENT TIMES:  All Payments MUST BE RECEIVED by Friday, November 3rd, 2023 at 5pm Mountain.  Payment can be made on location via Cash, Check, or Credit Card at Rob Van Vleet’s yard north of Sidney, NE on Saturday, October 28th,  Wednesday, November 1st, or Friday, November 3rd from 9 am to 4 pm each day (please see driving directions at www.NETruckHoard.com) and watch for signs on Hwy 385 north of Sidney, NE leading west to the Main Lot.)

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders should be mailed right away to Kraupie’s Auction, PO Box 100, Bridgeport, NE  69336.  
Wire Transfer Fees: $15 for domestic wire transfers, $25 for international wire transfers. 3.5% will be added to all Credit Card transactions.  $25 Title Fee Assessed on all Title Vehicles. $10 Fee for Vehicles with a Bill of Sale.  Nebraska Sales Tax due on applicable items.

PICK-UP INFO:  You may pick up your items on Saturday, October 28th,  Wednesday, November 1st, or Friday, November 3rd from 9 am to 4 pm each day without an appointment.  Following this window, all pick-up arrangements will be by appointment only! 
The seller has all kinds of large equipment to assist with loading! Take only the parts of the vehicle that you want and feel free to leave the rest!  For a fee, the seller will assist with torching and removal.  PLEASE SEE our website for more information about long-term pick-up arrangements. You may also let us know about your plans for after the designated pick-up window by emailing kristen@farmauction.net.  

SHIPPING:  No Shipping!  WE WILL NOT SHIP LARGE ITEMS OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU.  Please see www.NETruckHoard.com for a list of shippers and more information.

TITLES:  Vehicles with titles will be assessed a $25 transfer fee.  Vehicles with Bills of Sale only will be assessed a $10 transfer fee.  Vehicle titles & Bills of Sale will be registered in the name and/or company name you registered to bid with in the auction. We will NOT change the registration information after the auction.  We will only correct misspellings and incorrect addresses. Requests for exceptions and minor changes should be sent by Wednesday, November 1st at 5pm to titles@farmauction.net.  Requests are not guaranteed to be honored.
Titles will not be sent for a minimum of 2 weeks following receipt of payment, but may take up to 6 weeks to receive.  Please be patient as we work through the paperwork for this large amount of vehicles.  All titles will be sent via certified mail.  Please watch for a notice in your mailboxes! $25 Fee added to all Titled Vehicles.  $10 Fee for Bills of Sale.
 
***No items will be released without a paid invoice!  We give all customers the opportunity to pay with cash, check, or card at pickup, so your card WILL NOT be charged automatically unless you exceed the payment terms or prior arrangements to do so have been made.***  All invoices not paid by Friday, November 3rd, 2023 at 5pm Mountain Time will be charged immediately following to applicable credit card.

INTERNET BIDDING TERMS: Auctioneer reserves the right to change the order of sale. We cannot be responsible for malfunctions of cell phones or internet connection. The Auctioneer's decision to the winning bidder and hammer amount is final. Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Kraupie's Real Estate & Auctioneers assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. Items sold As Is, Where Is, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. The first official Pickup day will be Saturday, October 28th from 9am to 3pm. 
The next Pickup days will be Wednesday, Nov. 1st from 10am to 3pm and Friday, Nov. 3rd from 10am to 3pm.
Payment may be made onsite at these official pickup times! 

You must have a Paid Invoice to pick up the items!
